As I promised in the previous post – Here are the next details the incredible gourmet evening Jordi Esteve from fifth Premier Gastronomy Festival.
But first I want to tell you about the warm, totally spring Saturday, we received in addition to everything else.
Imagine a place, where your only goal for the day is just to be lazy and pamper yourself. To enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the beautiful scenery, the fresh air, the tranquility and infinite lightness of being. Away from everything. And closest to yourself.
That was my Saturday, 5November.
Early in the morning, after breakfast, the Spa was completely empty.. apparently people still didn’t have the strength to get up from the soft beds and were lengthening their laziness. Lucky me. Because I’ve never felt, as if 5 star Spa complex is working only for me. :D Сауна, steam bath, pool.. pure bliss.
In the afternoon. I didn’t want to ruin the magical moment, so I decided to take advantage of the bath salts and the cosmetics, that were left in my bath for bonus pampering. In moments like these I wish I could live in a hotel, seriously. :D
Plus, I had a wine, which was waiting to be. mm. tried. So the amazing view from my terrace completed the whole picture. For more photos you can always go visit my Instagram page, of course. :)
Around 8 minus 10 I’ve already trembled in anticipation and hunger. :D
And this actually turned out to be really nice. The food was so various and.. 7 meals, for God’s sake!.. it’s worth not to eat the whole day so you can enjoy it completely.
So.. who actually is Jordi Esteve?
Coming from Catalonia, Jordi is chef, who created the Nectari restaurant in Barcelona, and raised it to a whole Michelin star. This is his second restaurant, but as a chef he has performed in some of the best restaurants in Spain and abroad.. many of which with several Michelin stars. The cuisine, he focuses on is modern and Mediterranean. And especially – convertible into art.
We sat around 8 o’clock. The menu was provided in this stylish and delicate way you can see on the photo. The glasses were too many for me. And the fact, there was no cutlery bothered me.. I’ve always had a problem with learning which and when to use. What a luck, that with every dish they served they gave us everything we needed.
The first dish, which we were waiting eagerly was Snaks: Croquettes in our Mediterranean style. Mouse of marinated mussels with cookie of seaweed Nori. Hake marinated with black sesamo and patatacon cream.Served in this cute look with sauce in tube. The mouse was my favorite, soft and gentle taste, and despite, I am not a supporter of mussels, I didn’t even felt it.
To each dish was served well chosen wine. Here it was white. And one of the best, I’ve tasted. At least until the next one served. :D

Dish N2 was Tartar of prawn panchuda with raspberries, hummus and emulsion of tamariand. The hummus was perfect for me here.

And the third dish, after which we all needed time for a break. Atleast the girls, де. :D Seasonal mushrooms cream with cloud of egg and black truffle perfume. I have never imagined , that you can combine mushrooms with eggs. Definitely an interesting surprise for me. The downside here was that, I do not like mushrooms. But for lovers, like Sophie, it was very nice dish. :)
Dish N4.. and the next ones in general, were coming a bit later, as if they were reading our thoughts. Fish of the coasts, creamy rice with squid and langoustine. The shrimp scared me. Even in sushi it is odd seeing its spiky tail, but if we disregard my mental problems it was quite pleasant. The rice was amaizng. most likely because of the squid, my favourites.

For dish N5 it was becoming more difficult to find a place in my stomach area.. This of course was mainly my problem, since generally I am quite ‘economical’.
Cabritp(roast goat kid), at low temperature with smoked Scamorza cheese foam, micro vegetables and sauce of dried apricots. The sauce was divine, and the meat was so delicate and tasty, I was almoust angry, that I was not as hungry as at the beginning.
The wine was replaced with red.. and frankly, for the first time in this hotel it was really pleasant to me to drink red wine!

And, of course, my favorite part of the whole menu – the dessert. Sweet burger by Jordi Esteve.Incredible combination with ice cream, strawberry and mango jam. And yes, the fries on the plate are mango as well. that had a taste of real fries. :D to finish the picture was rum.

In the end there were petit fours, which were really the end for us and invited us to roll over towards the beds. Unless you’re nuts like the part of the company, that dreamed of coffee 12 in the middle of the night. :D
It was really amazing evening, which left me endlessly fascinated. Woke in me interest in something, I have not imagined, that exists on such a scale. It gave me new horizons and desires and, honestly, I am extremely grateful to all, who were present there, and especially to the entire team of hotel Premier and Ermia Hotels & Resorts.
I felt special. And significant. I felt, that my opinion and my experiences have a meaning. And this is the way absolutely every person in the world should feel.
